Business & Revenue Governance (Credit-Linked Portfolio Oversight)

• Oversee credit-linked insurance portfolio performance (Life & GI tied to loans)
• Monitor penetration ratio across loan segments (Retail, SME, Mortgage, Auto, etc.)
• Identify leakage, missed attachment, and premium gaps

Sales Governance & Performance Management

• Design a structured production validation process for credit-linked policies
• Reconcile: Loan disbursement and insurance attachment, Gross premium, and net premium, Issued and cancelled cases
• Track: Credit-linked penetration ratio, Attachment rate by product, Early cancellation rate
• Ensure accurate data submission to Finance for incentive payout processing
• Data Management & Reporting Governance
• Own Bancassurance master data dashboard (Life & GI) for: Branch, Zone, Division, Product
• Maintain daily/weekly/monthly production reporting accuracy
• Ensure official reconciliation with insurance partners
• Prepare management reporting pack and maintain audit-ready documentation trail Process, Control & Administration
• Develop and maintain SOP for: Policy issuance validation, Incentive verification,
• Partner reconciliation, Production dispute handling
• Coordinate with: Loan Department, Operations, Finance, Insurance partners
• Monitor SLA compliance (issuance, endorsement, cancellation)
• Ensure proper document archival and compliance standards
• Oversee Bancassurance Department administrative governance and operational coordination

Partner & Operational Alignment

• Coordinate the campaign rollouts
• Validate underwriting TAT (Turnaround Time) performance
• Track claim ratio and escalate systemic issues

Risk, Compliance & Audit Management

• Monitor regulatory compliance documentation
• Support internal and external audit reviews
• Reduce operational risk exposure

People Leadership & Capability Development

• Lead Data & Admin support team
• Build analytical capability within the team
• Foster a strong control-oriented and detail-driven culture
   

• Minimum 5 years of experience in bancassurance, sales, business development, and data management.
• Proven track record of achieving in project management, data analysis, compliance, and people management.
• Excellent understanding of data management and visualization, reporting, and credit-linked insurance products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Data Analysis, or a related field.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
• Excellent in communication, negotiation, and strategy implementation.
• Ability to work under pressure to lead the sales teams
