To maintain the Trust's Accounts covered by KBZ Trust, including monthly reporting to internal and regulators, EOD, and fee collection. The role holder is also responsible to support for developing and maintaining operation, relationships with clients and supporting the HOD for daily operation process and other necessaries.
 

• Perform all Core Banking authorise and the sending and retrieving of client information, including collateral held under Trust as requested.
• Authorise for account opening, closing and maintenance, overall monitoring transaction of Trust’s Accounts which related to deposit, transfer, daily disbursements.
• Processing daily, weekly, monthly transactional reports and other related financial reports.
• Track and monitor monthly settlement activities.
• Budget planning and tracking.
• Organising Fees collection for client accounts and summarising payments.
• To handle other special assignments which may be assigned to you from time to time from Manager or HOD.
• Ability to analyse and solve problems quickly.
• Have good common sense, good logic and problem-solving skills Trustworthy and a good team player.
• Very Energetic, Enthusiastic and Eager to Learn.
• Strong Teamwork and excellent interpersonal skill

• Bachelor’s Degree in business or accounting.
• With 3 to 5 experiences in Banking Industry
• Strong knowledge in Banking Operations and Banking software.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel is essential.
