Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Prepare audit working papers and maintain proper documentation
  • Assist in planning and conducting internal audits (financial, operational, and compliance audits)
  • Draft audit findings and support preparation of audit reports
  • Assist in developing audit checklists, programs, and procedures
  • Support fraud investigations when required
  • Perform physical verification of stock and fixed assets
  • Conduct and report monthly physical stock counts for the factory
  • Participate in mid-year physical verification of stock, cash, and fixed assets
  • Verify factory cash balances
  • Review wheat grain usage, mill transfer and receiving reports, and issuance of wheat flour
  • Check transfer quantities of wheat grain and wheat flour between mill, silo, and warehouse
  • Verify stock issue notes and ensure warehouse issuance aligns with delivery order quantities and items
  • Monitor diesel usage and mileage (kilometers) for vehicles
  • Conduct Accounts Receivable (AR) confirmations

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree holder with LCCI Level II or III certification.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in FMCG industry
  • Intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing principles
  • Good analytical skills, attention to detail, and integrity
