Primary Responsibilities:

• Monitor for model progressing and task activities of modelers.
• To receive / generate RFI’s taken action on the details.
• Identify and notify potential discrepancies in Design / Construction drawings.
• Coordinate and assist BIM Team in modelling on projects based off existing 2D CAD plans or Construction documents.
• Assist both internal and external team members in the development of construction documents and as-built documents creation.
• Maintenance and proper utilization of company/project standards, templates and content.
• To complete work to the highest standard, ensuring a high-quality product as per the Client Requirement.
• To provide procurement details of supplies needed.
• Report regularly to BIM Manager on the progress of work.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management and the designated manager.

Technical Responsibilities:

• Manage and participate in the creation of Architecture, Structure, Mechanical, Electrical Building information Models with teams.
• Coordinate technical discipline BIM Development, standard, data requirements, etc. as required with the Design Team / BIM Manager.
• Assist with BIM project set up including template formation, library creation and workflow analysis through various technologies.
• Utilizing Building Information Modelling (BIM) at the corporate and the project levels.
• Expertise in Navisworks Tool.
• Conceptual Design, design development, construction documentation design coordination services using design coordination software, standards checking using standards and coordination software, and interaction with clients and other consultants throughout all disciplines. Eg. Architecture, Structure, MEP experience in various building information modeling platforms and tools.

BIM Standards

• Continuous learning the BIM standards development
• Creation the Parametric BIM family with the level of Details based on company standard and project-based requirements
• Comply with the BIM standard workflow Folder arrangement and file naming system.
• Improve to use the Work Sharing Models as Collaborations and Coordination tools.
• Maintain to keep the weekly backup Revit Project Central file and work sharing files.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a closely related field
• Must have basic knowledge in Architecture, Structural Engineering, MEP Engineering or related field.
• At least (4) years’ experiences in the related field
• Expert knowledge of Revit Tool and CAD
• Ability to work well in teamwork and takes a proactive approach to work.
• Manages the time to the best possible advantages.
• Applies courage at work and completes the quality tasks
• dheres to all workplace health and safety rules & regulations, standards, and practices
• Verbal and written communication skill in English
• Experience using the Microsoft and Windows Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) and engineering tools
