  • Manage and supervise the branch staff in day to day activities
  • Manage on dealing with related government authorizes
  • Develop monthly branch business plan and submit to Regional Manager
  • Check on any disbursement of loan for approval
  • Monitor on acheivement of the branch
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
  • Adapt and support to achieve Company's mission in terms of the social performance management objectives as well as the financial performance through its high valued workforce

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree and Background on Business management is preferable
  • 2 years of working experience with management role in any sector and Microfinance field is preferable
  • Good Communication skills in Myanmar and English 
  • Able to make unity among Team Members
  • Able to work under pressure and timely manner
  • Demonstrate energy, honesty, professionalism and respect for diversity 
  • Adaptability and ability to work in a multucultural work environment
