  • Manage sales operational objectives by contributing branch; preparing and completing sales plan, implementing productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
  • Determining branch sales system improvements; implementing change if necessary to optimize sales.
  • Manage staffing by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
  • Implement sales objectives by creating a sales plan and quota for individual sales force to support national objectives
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts. Allocate stock to each channel.
  • Ensure all credit sales are implemented as per company guidelines and monitor to collect AR accordingly.
  • Develop sales coverage by obtaining new territories, new key channels and outlets.
  • Monitor the sales performance related with sales goals and measures.
  • Meets sales KPI in terms of volume and value by utilizing data from ERP System and other sources to manage KPI’s
  • Ensure that all data are input and updated in ERP system from different functional at branch level timely and accurately
  • Establishes and maintains long term relationship relationships with industry influencers and key clients, assisting sales representative with maintaining relationships and negotiating and closing deals.
  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with their needs. Suggest the improvements.
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • Maintaining awareness of market trends in the industry, understanding forthcoming customer initiatives and monitoring competitors.
  • Enhance co-operation, communication and organizing within departments in branch level

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent qualification).
  • 3-5 years in Sales/Key Account Management in FMCG industry is preferable
  • Very good knowledge of the market retail/foodservice
  • Able to travel as needed.
  • Proficient in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Strong communication and team management.
  • Licensed to drive trucks utilized in Branch Operations
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills.
  • Skill in organization, prioritization
  • Ability to adapt to changing organizational and operational needs.
  • Strong team player who is able to work across multiple functions and disciplines
