  • Operational Excellence: Systematically manage and supervise the daily operations of the new Automotive Retail & Service Center.
  • Market Expansion: Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and implement strategies to expand the customer base.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Lead initiatives to enhance CRM practices and consistently improve customer satisfaction rates.
  • Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and provide training to branch staff while managing team performance to meet organizational goals.
  •  Reporting & Insights: Prepare and present regular monthly reports, sales forecasts, and market insights to senior management.

Job Requirements

  • Any Graduate.
  •  Minimum of (3) years of proven experience as a Branch Manager or Sales Manager.
  •  Must hold a Diploma in Sales Management or Business Management.
  •  Proficient in Sales & Operation Management within a retail or service environment.
  • Strong leadership qualities, effective problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills
  • Candidates with prior experience in the Automotive industry will be given special consideration..
