Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Perform complex activities in developing the strategy for offline channels, Agent and Merchant acquisition, Micro SME sector and execution plan, to provide guidelines on key events and activities implementation
  • Develop distribution core network with main channel distributors throughout all regions of the country and build S&D team with Territory Sales Managers and Channel Sales Representatives, as well as improve capabilities of channel members to be able to deliver integrated sales and services, and effectively attract consumers
  • Manage the development of effective and concise communication messages and communicate via effective and efficient methods to channel members in Distribution, in order to ensure that messages are delivered effectively
  • Perform complex activities to track, monitor, evaluate and periodically review the overall processes of distributor sales force strategy and execution, in order to identify improvement opportunities, to ensure optimization of the operation
  • Collaborate with Product and Operations teams to set up effective operating processes and procedures, developing and assuring the functions and features of the App which are going to fulfill the needs in the market
  • Manage Final Assessment Test for all produced App functions and features with partners, providing feedback and lead to launch in the market after finalization
  • Collect feedbacks from relevant parties and perform in-depth analysis to ensure business and other requirements are met. Identify and respond appropriately to patterned issues regarding corporate communication in order to ensure that current issues are efficiently dealt with to support operational excellence
  • Lead in the process of collecting distributors’ feedbacks and current market situation in order to provide market insights to support senior members’ decision making
  • Report all issues/variances with planned work to ensure any activities outside normal procedures are communicated in a timely and accurate manner
  • Perform in-depth analysis on benchmarking organizations in order to adopt market best practices into organization
  • Improve key capabilities of channel members to be able to deliver integrated sales and services
  • Collaborate with Risk, Compliance, Operation and Audit to develop and execute plans for the resolution of a fraud case
  • Manage the design and execution of appropriate and effective trade campaigns, in which align trade campaign plan to encourage sales and services in the market, in order to boost sales volume from selling and upselling products

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor's degree, prefer Marketing, Sales Management.
  • At least 5 years experiences in sales field & 3 year experiences in Management role.

  • Prefer Financial Technology background.

  • Must have communication, negotiation, Problem-Solving, Interpersonal and Leadership Skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other related Software.

  • Able to work and management for lower Myanmar.
