 According to the KPI Plan, the activities of the employees who are responsible for the systematic
implementation of the activities should be monitored and supervised.
 Performing operational management related to the whole Hinthada branch.
 Responsibility for Strategy Management at the whole Hinthada branch.
 Responsibility for finance management at the entire Hinthada branch.
 Warehouse Management strategies.
 Writing Marketing Strategies for Hinthada Branch.
 Managing Human Resources issues for Hinthada Branch.
 Analyzing Market Situations for Hinthada Branch.
 Responsibility for Hinthada Branch general administration management.
 Arranging and entertaining to improve the relationship with Agricultural Bank / Cooperative /
General Administration / Agricultural Authority.

Overall responsibility for Hinthada Branch (Marketing & Sales).
 Manage and lead the Hinthada team, with the aim of maximum revenue, elevate market share,
raising customer satisfaction leave, getting customer loyalty, increasing brand equity in the
region.
 Always demonstrate a “can-do” sprite, customer focused, seeking continual improvement.

 Review quarterly processes and redesign detailed work plans (eg, reviewing one quarter
afterwards and prepare plans for the next quarter).

 Must Have Degree Holder
 Age under 40 years with mature personality
 Must have experiences in Operations Team.
 Strong analytical, communication and ethical behavior.
 Strong management and negotiation skills.
 Any graduate with minimum 3 years of manager level experience
 Must be able to stay in Hinthada Tsp (if not local candidate)
 Must have experiences in branch management with strong sales operation background
 Must have strong communication, analytical and negotiation skills
 Having regional experience (in Hinthada or Ayeyarwady division) is preferred.
