  • Support the Sales & Marketing Manager in planning and implementing sales strategies
  • Assist in achieving sales targets and revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain relationships with farmers, distributors, and dealers
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs
  • Coordinate promotional activities, advertising, and product campaigns
  • Monitor competitors’ activities and market trends
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for management
  • Support the team in product launches and customer engagement programs
  • Provide guidance and supervision to sales and marketing staff
  • Tavel to different regions/markets to meet customers and supervise sales activities

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture, or related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in fertilizer, agriculture, or FMCG sector

  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop actionable strategies
  • Good leadership and team management capabilities
