Job Summary
Experienced National Marketing & Sales Manager to drive sales growth for a medical trading and distribution business in Yangon. This role will lead market expansion, strengthen key customer relationships, and support revenue targets across Myanmar.

Key Responsibilities

  •  Develop and execute national sales plans to achieve revenue, growth, and market share targets.
  •  Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team to ensure strong performance and territory coverage.
  •  Build long-term relationships with hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and key medical partners.
  •  Identify new business opportunities, negotiate terms, and close strategic sales deals.
  •  Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to guide sales strategy.
  •  Coordinate with supply chain, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth delivery and service.
  •  Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management review.

Job Requirements

  •  Graduate, age between (30) and (45) years.
  •  Diploma in Sales and Marketing will be preferred.
  •  Must be proficient in developing Promotion Plan, Target achievement plan and managing employees.
  • . Must have (5) years or more of Pharmaceutical Marketing experience.
  •  English Speaking and Computer literate.
  • . Must be able to travel to other cities.
