Key Responsibilities:

  • Support and enhance branch operations through Regional Operation Managers.
  • Review and implement SOPs, processes, and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Identify and address operational bottlenecks; lead initiatives for process improvements.
  • Supervise daily branch functions and monitor operational risk and compliance.
  • Serve as the escalation point for operational issues and provide timely resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with CEO circulars, KYC updates, audit findings, and system updates.
  • Provide operational training, conduct branch visits, and support inspections.
  • Coordinate with departments such as Compliance, Risk, HR, IT, and Product for audits, approvals, training, and cross-functional projects.
  • Prepare and submit standard operational reports to senior management.
  • Promote customer service standards and effective internal communication.
  • Act as a change agent to support MCB's transformation and branding.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Banking & Finance, Business, or other related fields.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in a branch operation.
  • Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • High integrity, results-driven, team-oriented, and committed to deadlines.
  • Proficient in English and Microsoft Office applications.
