Brand Strategy & Planning

  • Develop and implement annual brand plans and marketing strategies.
  • Define brand positioning, target audience, and communication direction.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all channels and touchpoints.
  • Monitor brand health and recommend improvement strategies.

Marketing Campaign Management

  • Plan and execute ATL, BTL, digital, and trade marketing campaigns.
  • Manage promotional activities, seasonal campaigns, and product activations.
  • Coordinate with agencies and media partners for campaign execution.
  • Evaluate campaign performance and optimize future activities.

Product Management & Launches

  • Lead new product launches and relaunch strategies.
  • Collaborate with R&D, Production, and Sales teams for product development.
  • Monitor product lifecycle and identify innovation opportunities.
  • Analyze product performance and recommend improvements.

Market Research & Consumer Insights

  • Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and consumer research.
  • Identify customer needs, trends, and purchasing behavior.
  • Use insights to improve marketing effectiveness and product positioning.

Sales & Trade Collaboration

  • Work closely with Sales and Trade Marketing teams to support business growth.
  • Develop in-store promotions and retail visibility activities.
  • Support distributors and retail partners with marketing initiatives.

Budget & Reporting

  • Manage brand marketing budget effectively.
  • Track campaign spending and ROI performance.
  • Prepare monthly reports, presentations, and brand performance analysis.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in FMCG brand management or marketing.
  • Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market dynamics.
  • Experience in campaign management and product marketing.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects.
