  • Identity research needs, execute research studies and projects, and analyze research in order to identify opportunities for the brand.
  • Stay current on market trends and competitive activities.
  • Develop short team and long-team brand strategies and plans.
  • Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media.
  • Create designs and layouts for media outlets.
  • Create, execute and manage marketing programs and campaigns.
  • Establish and maintain brand budgets.
  • Make decisions about the cost of branding and analyzing trends in customer spending.
  • Oversee social media accounts and ensure brand consistency.
  • Oversee marketing staff and their one-the-job skill development.
  • Supply management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in brand management.
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally.
  • Experience management a brand across multiple markets.
  • Creative thinker and problem solver.

  • Strategic thinker able to identify long-team opportunities and trends.
