Job Description

  • Develop and execute annual brand plans that align with the company’s long-term marketing vision.
  • Define brand architecture, identity systems, and communication tone.
  • Monitor and evaluate brand health metrics (awareness, preference, relevance, equity).
  • Conduct market and consumer research to identify insights, trends, and opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Innovation Lab (Food), Operations, and other marketing function teams on brand related initiatives.
  • Identify strategic brand partnerships and drive those initiatives to secure strong brand presence in the market.
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns from concept to execution.
  • Brief and collaborate with the cross-functional team as required for campaign development.
  • Coordinate with Sales & Marketing Team for campaign rollout, promotions, and store activation.
  • Ensure consistent brand storytelling across all touchpoints — ATL, digital, in-store, PR, and partnerships.
  • Evaluate post-campaign performance and recommend improvements.
  • Maintain and update Brand Guidelines and ensure adherence across all materials and channels.
  • Review creative and communication materials to ensure brand consistency and quality.
  • Provide brand direction to franchise marketing activities (dotted-line collaboration).
  • Ensuring Effective use of media buying budget allocated for digital and ATL media usage.
  • Build good relationships with digital & ATL vendors/agencies, KOLs & partners to ensure smooth coordination and execution.
  • Understand business needs and budget allocation to identify the most efficient channels within digital & ATL.
  • Align and execute with partnered app for the loyalty program & drive acquisition & usage for the app.
  • Creative Team – to ensure campaigns visually and emotionally align with brand positioning.
  • Sales & Activation Team – to ensure promotions and local marketing align with brand direction.
  • Corporate Sales & Comms Manager – for brand messaging in corporate and PR communications.
  • Operations Team – for in-store experience and customer journey consistency.
  • Innovation Lab & Business Development Team – for a creation of relevant menu & restaurant expansion plan that is aligned with business/consumers’ needs
  • Manage brand budget allocations, ensuring ROI and efficient use of resources.
  • Track and report on brand performance and campaign outcomes to Head of Marketing.
  • Collaborate on strategic planning and ensure all campaigns align with internal methodologies and performance drivers including awareness, trial, loyalty, and advocacy.
  • Act as the brand custodian across all departments and external partners.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • 4–6 years of experience in brand marketing, with agency-side background (strategic planner or account lead) highly valued.
  • Strong exposure to F&B, QSR, or FMCG industry is preferred.
  • Proven success in managing full-cycle brand campaigns and consumer-facing communications.
  • Deep understanding of brand building and campaign planning frameworks.
  • Strong analytical and creative skills with a passion for consumer behavior.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and project leadership capabilities.
  • Collaborative, curious, and passionate about building meaningful, insight-driven brands.
