  • Develop and implement brand strategies to strengthen brand awareness and consistency across all business units.

  • Ensure brand guidelines are applied consistently across all marketing and communication materials.

  • Plan and execute integrated communication and PR strategies aligned with business objectives.

  • Oversee content creation for digital and offline platforms, including social media, website, email, and campaigns.

  • Lead and coordinate Creative and Content teams to deliver high-quality outputs on time.

  • Manage creative projects and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Develop SOPs, capacity planning, and workflows to improve operational efficiency.

  • Oversee the implementation and adoption of tools and platforms to enhance productivity.

  • Support branding and promotional events to ensure alignment with brand standards.

  • Monitor KPIs, analyze performance, and report insights to management.

  • Recruit, train, and manage team performance while maintaining high team engagement and morale.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Branding, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or communications, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy, integrated marketing communications, and content management.
  • Proven experience managing creative teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience with digital platforms, social media, and marketing tools.
  • Strong project management, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and present actionable insights.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience in education, corporate branding, or multi-brand organizations is an advantage.
