Events

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute successful events that align with the bank's brand image and marketing objectives.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics to ensure seamless execution and exceptional attendee experience.
  • Lead event marketing campaigns, including pre-event promotions, registration, and post-event follow-ups to maximize attendance and engagement.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to identify event opportunities, negotiate contracts, and secure necessary resources.
  • Monitor and analyze event metrics to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights for future planning.

Video Production

  • Manage the end-to-end process of video and photography production for marketing initiatives, ensuring high-quality visual content that effectively communicates the bank's brand and messaging.
  • Work closely with internal and external entities, creative teams, talents, agencies, and production partners to develop compelling concepts, storyboards, and scripts for videos and photoshoots.
  • Oversee editing, lighting, set-up, filming, set design, and supervise all in-house/out-house staff during production.
  • Manage and oversee video pre-production planning and on-site production activities for stakeholders.
  • Ensure all projects meet KPIs, project objectives, schedule, and budget.
  • Coordinate and direct video shoots, including location scouting, talent casting, equipment setup, and post-production editing to deliver polished and engaging content.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in video production to enhance the bank's marketing efforts.
  • Monitor and analyze video production metrics to measure effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and provide insights for future planning.
  • Oversee video collection to ensure all media is archived appropriately and readily accessible by internal and external audiences.

Merchandizing

  • Oversee merchandising initiatives, including the development and production of branded collateral, promotional items, and merchandise displays.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to create compelling merchandise that aligns with the bank's brand image and marketing objectives.

General Support

  • Lead a team of event coordinators, merchandising specialists, and production professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance management.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in events, video production, and merchandising to drive continuous improvement.
  • Availability to travel and work on weekends as needed for event coordination, on-site production, and other related activities.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications, film production, or a related field.
  • [3] years of experience in leading video/photography production, event planning, or related roles.
  • Strong organizational, presentation, and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in on-ground project management tools and Microsoft Word/PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of audiovisual setup, lighting, and production equipment.
  • Familiarity with event planning and execution processes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A proactive mindset and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
