Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  1. To provide the administrative and secretarial support to CEO including scheduling the appointments, business meetings, writing correspondence, email, answering questions and requests
  2. Arranging the meeting & taking meeting minutes which is related to Management
  3. Uses Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint (Office 365) to produce materials for internal and external meetings and conferences.
  4. Handle confidential documents/information ensuring to secure
  5. Liaising with business leads on projects and initiatives, to develop projects and tactics to meet objectives of project requirements
  6. Follow up Specific project progress between Project Head and Department Heads.
  7. Assist in a variety of business and personal errands of CEO.
  8. Performs other duties as assigned.
  9. Able to work using initiative, work collaboratively and independently

Job Requirements

  1. Age between 25 and 30.
  2. Bachelor Degree and Diploma in Management preferable and IT knowledge is plus
  3. Able to driving and driving liscense must have.
  4. At least 4 years’ experience in Meeting Arrangement and Supporting to Top Management.
  5. Excellent communication skills in Burmese and English (oral, reading and writing)
  6. Proficient in Microsoft words, Excel, Power Point, email and internet.
  7. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  8. Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
  9. Microsoft Office and Outlook Suite Literacy.
  10. Able to travel (local & oversea) and able to work after office hours
