Reporting to the Product Lead, the Product Analytics Specialist is responsible for monitoring product performance, analyzing business and user data, and providing actionable insights to support product decisions for KBZPay Official Accounts and Chat products. This role will work closely with Product, Operations, Business Development, and technical teams to track KPIs, measure feature performance, maintain dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making.

Product Analytics

• Monitor product KPIs and business metrics.
• Measure the impact of product releases and campaigns.
• Identify trends, opportunities, and risks through data analysis.

Reporting & Dashboard Updates

• Design and maintain dashboards for product performance.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports.

Business Intelligence

• Analyze customer behavior and usage patterns.
• Provide recommendations based on data insights.

Stakeholder Support

• Work closely with Product team on product data related requirements.
• Support internal teams with operational performance analysis.
• Collaborate with data related teams on data requirements and pipeline.

Manage end-to-end access administration and maintain accurate, consistent user permissions across all portals.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years of experience in business or financial analysis roles
• Previous experience in a tech company or content-driven environment is an advantage.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel, with strong analytical capabilities.
• Comfortable working with numerical and financial data.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Excellent communication skills in both English and Burmese.
