An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • To support Head of Bancassurance in his day to day functioning, especially during the startup phase of seting up Bancassurance function.

Job Summary

  •  Assist in achieving departmental KPIs.
  • Build close working relationship with insurance and other business partners.
  • Maintain excellent inter departmental relationships
  • Maximize sales and optimize expenses.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Target Achievement:  To assist in achievement of individual as well as departmental KPIs.
  • Sales Support   To support sales in achieving of departmental top line goals.
  • Relationship Management:  To build excellent relationship with 3 key clients :
    • Insurance company (ies)
    • Other departments of the Bank whom have insurance needs
    • Vendors – Both internal as well as external.
  • Back office:  To assist in operational readiness of product launch or processes.

Other Responsibilities

  • Conduct product training and provide solution focused service.
  • Undertake other responsibilities or projects as assigned.

Job Requirements

  •  3 - 5 years of experience in insurance sector.
  • Graduates / MBAs of formal education is desirable
  • Must be extremely good at Microsoft excel, PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of Budgets and cost control. 
  • Team Player
  • Good knowledge of Business processes
  • Very good analytical skills.
  • Ability to converse/communicate fluently in Myanmar language and English
