Business Analyst is to assist in implementing the Digital Finance System in a finance company. Normally performs tasks with work priorities and general instructions provided by the manager. Exercises judgment in selecting and applying established procedures correctly and in determining when to refer problems to management.
Job Description
1. Coordinate between the business teams and IT solution provider
2. Conduct requirement analysis with the business users and develops system requirements 
3. Analyzes business issues and recommends the best approach to solve problems with the system
4. Document business requirements and test plans to ensure the solution matches the requirements.
5. Prepares the business scenario and test scripts
6. Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) with the end-users and document test results properly
7. Guide and train the end-users on newly developed system functions and changes
8. Assists end-users in using the system in day-to-day operation
9. Liaise with commercial banks and other financial institutions for financial-related activities.
 

Job Requirements
Education: 
1. A bachelor’s degree or equivalent related to Computer Study, Business Study or IT Engineering
2. Knowledge of financial analysis and accounting would be a plus
Skills and Experience:
1. At least two-year experiences in specified job role within Finance or Banking industry
2. Able to communicate in English
3. Computer competency requiring word-processing in both Myanmar and English is A must
4. Proficient in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and MS Project
