Job Description

  • Directing focused customer growth based on the requirements of company’s MD and Senior Staff.
  • Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, and closing business relationships.
  • Estimates partners’ needs and goals.
  • Establish sufficient prospective opportunities to meet strategic business plans.
  • Screens potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, and financials developing and negotiating contracts; and integrating contract requirements with business operations.
  • Detailed knowledge of all prospective and new customer relationships so the company/customer interactions can be facilitated to maintain business growth and profitability.
  • Detailed knowledge of LOCAL market including prospective opportunities in all target markets.
  • Develop annual sales plan for input into the annual business plan.
  • Responsible for ensuring all new customers engage in a supplier contract at the time of engagement.as per the organizational SOP.
  • Supplier contract must provide material liability protection, establish acceptable business mechanics and mitigate risk and liability to the corporation. All contracts must be approved by the MD or his designee.
  • Focal points for ensuring customer complaints are resolved in a timely and effective manner.
  • Maintain an in depth knowledge of the industry to support company growth and diversification and to ensure that we are benchmark in meeting customer expectations.
  • Work directly with the other sales team members to maximize revenue and strategic value to the company.
  • Responsible for resolving open customer supplier financial issues including past due payments, material and labor variances, and obsolete and excess material.
  • Responsible to insure all new business opportunities meet the financial requirements established by the MD of the business.
  • Discovers and explores business opportunities and protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Business Management, Marketing, Sales or related field.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Sales & Marketing.
  • Masterly knowledge of sales principles, practices, tactics and tools and developing value proposition with partners.
  • Demonstrated ability and passionate about growing the business.
  • Excellent communication skills for both English & Myanmar language.

Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

Good Interpersonal, Influencing & Negotiation Skills.

Sufficient understanding of local market legislation and Myanmar Law.

 

Experience in business management, sale operations, and leadership 5 years minimums.

Understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss, balance sheet and product cost management.

Ability to build consensus and managing relationships among customer and operation team. 
Sound knowledge of industry-market research.

The ability to multitask.

Outstanding time management skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Strong management and leadership skills.

Knowledge of the digital marketing services, web hosting.

Strong in creative, analytic and organization skills.
