  • Handling urgent calls, emails and messages when sales representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries.
  • Handling orders by phone, email or mail and checking the orders have the correct prices, discounts and product numbers.
  • Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements and ensuring all orders are accurate.
  • Developing and maintaining filing systems so as to maintain sales records, prepare reports.
  • Developing and implementing ideas that will help the organization to meet sales’ goals.
  • Providing after-sales services to customers.
  • Informing customers of unexpected delays in meeting their needs.
  • Coordinating between the sales team and other departments if necessary.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor Degree
  • Able to use SAP software is preferred
  • Able to use MS Word, Excel, Power-point and Internet & Email
  • Proactive and able to work under pressure
  • Good communication and public relation
  • Experience 1 Year and above in Office Staff or related field.
