  • Perform some or all the following tasks in support of CA (Chief Actuary) / CRO (Chief Risk Officer)
  • Analysis of sales performance by channel, product, period, sales staff
  • Analysis of Insurance Premium Income
  • Analysis of the status of insurance benefits
  • Analysis of other income and outgo
  • Future estimation of financial statements such as Profit and Loss
  • Evaluating the structure of performance salary for salespeople
  • Evaluating new project of the company from the viewpoint of return and risk
  • Product development and analysis
  • Enhancing risk and return management of the overall company
  • Establishment risk management structure of the overall company
  • Suggestion to all division/departments for enhancing corporate value
  •  To learn company management know-how and life insurance business through on-the-job training, and to become a person who contributes to the company.
  • * It is hoped that in the future, the candidate will have one/some of the following expertise and be involved in company management.

Job Requirements

Basic Qualifications

  • An inquisitive mind that seeks to acquire and apply a wide range of knowledge
  • Mathematical literacy
  • Advanced Excel skills (eg. SUM function, VLOOKUP function, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS function ect;)
  • English (Not need to be fluent now. However, it is necessary to improve through work.)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong business analysis and functional understanding, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end-users.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to assess a problem and determine an effective course of action with a sustainable solution.
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills, including an ability to effectively communicate with both business and technical teams.
  • Excellent customer service skills, including strong ability to determine customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Ability to handle competing priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
