Purpose of the role

• Responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time, within budget and meet high quality standards

Main Duties:

• Oversee, monitor, and manage every aspect of the cost and production of assigned construction projects - for new B2S, additional work, retrofitting or strengthening
• Ensure a thorough understanding of scope of work for each project
• Responsible and perform calculation of construction costs (Bill of Quantity) for all Projects
• Review and approve Variation Orders for all Projects including additional work to obtain approval from Engineering Manager and HOD
• Review and approve Tower mapping DDD, Fabrication DDD, Tower Erection DDD for tower strengthening and Foundation Retrofitting project
• Prepare and provide the calculation for the steel profile weight for all tower types as per the project team requirement
• Prepare the packing list for all tower types based on the Erection drawing
• Review and approve tower maintenance report (both preventive and corrective)
• Update the documents and budget if necessary or design changes or on ground situation changes
• Cooperate with different parties, both internal and external as per the assigned works for all projects
• Coordinate with Procurement team and review the scope of work for B2S, Strengthening and Retrofitting Project, Additional work for budget pricing
• Maintain the documents and database for all projects that is including Approved Design Detailed Drawing & BOQ and Handover date to DC team
• Draw Construction Design Drawing, As-Built Drawing if required and update in the database
• Prepare the daily report and perform other relevant tasks if required

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Quantity Surveyor and tower maintenance filed in Telco Industry
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Certification AutoCAD and Quantity Surveyor
• Must be fluent in English both speaking and writing
• Deep working knowledge of Construction and Telecom Project
• Possesses strong analytical and critical thinking skills
• Ability to perform tasks with care and check works to ensure accuracy and completeness
