  • Implement the lists of daily tasks for call center to develop objectives
  • Ensure the resources are used to produce optimal results
  • Monitor the performance of the call center and regularly provide feedback
  • Analyze data to improve performance and report any issue to Management
  • Provide training and onboarding for the recruits to maintain high customer service standards
  • Evaluate performances with metrics like call center waiting time, accuracy etc..
