Job Description (JD):  
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Call Center Specialist to join our After Sales Service team. The specialist will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, complaints, and technical support through hotline (phone) and online (live chat) channels. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.  

**Key Responsibilities:**  
1. **Customer Support:**  
   - Handle general inquiries, complaints, and technical support requests via hotline and live chat.  
   - Provide accurate and timely solutions to customer issues.  
   - Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy when interacting with customers.  

2. **Communication:**  
   - Communicate effectively in English and Burmese (both verbal and written).  
   - Ensure clear and concise communication to resolve customer concerns.  

3. **Technical Skills:**  
   - Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook) efficiently.  
   - Navigate and manage live chat platforms and CRM systems.  
   - Use TikTok and other social media platforms for customer engagement if required.  

4. **Documentation and Reporting:**  
   - Accurately document customer interactions and resolutions in the system.  
   - Provide regular reports on customer feedback and common issues.  

5. **Team Collaboration:**  
   - Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.  
   - Participate in training and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and service protocols.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements (JR):
1. **Experience:**  
   - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in after-sales service.  

2. **Language Skills:**  
   - Fluent in English (spoken and written).  
   - Proficient in typing and communicating in Chinese and Burmese.  

3. **Technical Proficiency:**  
   - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).  
   - Ability to use live chat platforms and CRM systems.  
   - Familiarity with TikTok and social media platforms is a plus.  

4. **Soft Skills:**  
   - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.  
   - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-first mindset.  
   - Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.  

5. **Demographics:**  
   - Age: 20–27 years old.  
   - Gender: Female preferred.  

6. **Other Requirements:**  
   - Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.  
   - Positive attitude and a team player.
