- Administers the daily operations of Eye Hospital staffed.
- Prepares and monitors budgets, purchases equipment and supplies, oversees maintenance of the facility.
- Responsible for contracts or negotiations with pharmaceutical providers.
- Ensure the smooth running of overall daily operations in the organization.
- Develop the sale and marketing plan, manage to achieve the sale target and brand awareness
- Strategic Planning for Business Expansion and Growth
- Able to deal with specialists and arrange their schedule and time slots
- Well communicate and maintain trust relationship with stakeholders
- Understand the business law and legal framework including tax and investment process
- Participate and give updates on Management meeting and carry out any other duties as directed by the Management and report back .
- Attend, participate and share in development and functional training
- Able to travel (in both local and oversea) and arrange visa and travel necessary
- Good personality and attitude, good personal grooming
- Consistently work in a positive and cooperative manner with fellow team members.
- Communicate with all staff, patients, and families with interpersonal skills.
- Good command in English 4 skills and computer literacy.

- Any Degree ( Medical Doctor or medical related bachelor's degree or MBA/MPA and International Degree
are preferred ).
- Minimum 5 years experiences in the related area/ Hospital Management
- Thorough knowledge of functional area and supervision including medical knowledge.
