Job Purpose -  Perform the receiving of samples of raw material , packaging material , semi-product and finished product to perform the chemical and physical testing according to standard method against its specification and report. Handle , test and report on the retained samples and complaint product from market.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle of the samples of raw material , packaging material , semi-product and finish product follow the standard procedure and guideline.
• Conduct the chemical and physical testing of received-samples according to reference method against its specification and report with the accurate result .
• Make a trend analysis of all chemical and physical testing results. § Handle , control , test and report on retained samples .
• Handle , test and report on complaint sample from market comparing with retained sample.
• Support the defect identification (Chemical and Physical) to trouble shooting team to solve the quality issue.
• Ensure all chemical and physical laboratory equipment are in good condition and calibrated according to due date.
• Perform the proficiency test according to program. § Performed miscellaneous duties , which are work-related as assigned.

Key Result Area

• Response date to complete chemical & physical testing result.
•  Response date to complete complaint sample testing.
• Good reliable score of proficiency testing (PT test)

• Minimum Qualification
• Bachelor Degree in Chemical

Professional Experience

• minmum 2 year of experience in Food and Beverage Laboratory Industries or related field.
• Ability to use MS Word, Excel, Power Point.
• Analytical Skill, Technical Ability, Logic & Attention to Detail & Reporting Skill
