Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise engineering, maintenance, and technical teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Manage Electrical & Mechanical installation, repair, replacement, purchasing, and preventive maintenance of machines and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Auto Machine breakdowns and emergency issues promptly.
• Develop and implement weekly, monthly, and yearly preventive maintenance schedules.
• Ensure machines operate according to standards and consistently produce quality products.
• Manage spare parts procurement, including overseas sourcing when required.
• Handle factory M&E works, including EPC, lighting, water, air compressor, dust collector, and general engineering works.
• Maintain and repair factory machinery and vehicles according to Job Orders.
• Coordinate with ACE, SAE, and GM on major technical issues, purchases, and critical decisions.
• Follow the Engineering Department’s Job Order process and procedures.
• Participate in Fire Drill, Emergency Response Drill, Chemical Spill Drill, and 5S activities.

• Bachelor’s Degree in BE or AGTI.
• Age: 30–45 years.
• Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience.
• Candidates with an industrial background are preferred.
• Good understanding of HSE rules and regulations.
• Proficient in computer applications.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to coordinate effectively with all departments.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure.
