•         Provide overall technical leadership for Solar PV, BESS, and inverter systems

•         Act as final technical authority for system design and engineering decisions

•         Define and approve system architecture (PV, inverter, transformer, BESS, EMS)

•         Review and approve SLD, protection schemes, grounding, and control logic

•         Ensure compliance with IEC, IEEE, grid codes, and local regulations

•         Lead engineering design, installation, testing, and commissioning activities

•         Oversee BESS design, including battery technology, PCS, BMS, EMS, HVAC, and fire safety

•         Manage inverter selection, configuration, and grid support functions

•         Supervise grid interconnection at MV/HV levels and protection coordination

•         Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and field issues

•         Establish engineering standards, SOPs, and QA/QC procedures

•         Lead and mentor engineering and technical service teams

•         Support tenders, BOQs, and technical proposals

•         Coordinate with clients, utilities, Installer, and internal stakeholders

•         Ensure HSE compliance and electrical safety best practices

•         Monitor system performance, reliability, and availability KPIs

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience, including 3–4 years in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Solar PV, ESS (BESS), High Voltage (HV), Low Voltage (LV), inverters, transformers, switchgear, and power distribution systems.
• Experience in engineering design, installation, testing, commissioning, operation, and maintenance.
• Ability to review electrical drawings, Single Line Diagrams (SLD), and technical specifications.
• Proficient in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, ETAP, PVsyst) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
