Job Description

An Excellent Opportunity for ...

  • To oversee and coordinate the daily operations across all five divisions of TDM Group (Construction, Energy, Mining, Engineering, and Trading).

  • To translate the company’s strategic objectives into practical, standardized operating procedures (SOPs) that ensure effective execution.

  • To drive operational efficiency and profitability through strict financial control and disciplined management practices.

Operational & Project Oversight

  • Supervise all major construction, solar/energy, and mining projects to ensure timely delivery, adherence to budget, and compliance with quality standards, in collaboration with division heads.

  • Ensure precision and efficiency in mechanical engineering operations, minimizing waste and maximizing production capacity.

  • Support the Trading Division in sourcing raw materials and machinery from international suppliers, while ensuring smooth logistics and supply chain operations.

Financial Control & Cost Optimization

  • Hold full P&L responsibility for the company and each project, monitoring profitability and implementing cost-reduction strategies.

  • Work closely with the Finance Department to enforce budgetary discipline and manage cash flow effectively.

  • Establish strong internal financial and operational controls to prevent leakages and safeguard company assets.

Systematization & Digital Transformation

  • Develop, update, and enforce SOPs across all divisions, ensuring strict compliance by employees.

  • Lead the company’s transition to modern digital systems, including ERP platforms such as SAP Business One and other automation tools, to enhance efficiency and integration.

Human Capital & Performance Culture

  • Build a performance-driven corporate culture that emphasizes accountability and ownership across a workforce of thousands.

  • Implement modern KPI frameworks and performance management systems to measure, evaluate, and improve departmental results.

Risk Management & Compliance

  • Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies in construction and mining operations to ensure workplace safety.

  • Represent the company in high-level negotiations with government authorities, international partners, and stakeholders on tenders, contracts, and regulatory matters, ensuring favorable outcomes for the organization.

Job Requirements

πŸŽ“ Educational Background

  • Must hold a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.

  • Preference will be given to candidates with professional finance/accounting qualifications such as ACCA (Part 2 or full) or CIMA.

πŸ’Ό Work Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in conglomerates or industrial sectors such as construction, energy, or manufacturing, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director/COO or equivalent).

  • Proven track record in designing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

  • Demonstrated success in managing full P&L responsibilities, including budgeting and financial control.
