Job Description

Develop and execute manufacturing strategies aligned with business and supply chain objectives.
Lead manufacturing operations, maintenance, quality, safety, and continuous improvement programs across all factories/ plants.
Drive lean manufacturing, productivity improvement, automation, digitalization, and cost optimization initiatives.
Ensure compliance with GMP, food safety, environmental, health & safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Manage manufacturing CAPEX projects, infrastructure investments, and business continuity plans.
Improve asset utilization, production efficiency, manpower productivity, and operational reliability.
Lead capability building, talent development, and high-performance culture across manufacturing teams.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure product availability and supply chain effectiveness.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree required; Advanced Degree preferred.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in manufacturing and supply chain operations.
At least 5 years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
Strong expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Maintenance, Logistics, Planning, and Supply Chain Management.
Proven experience in strategic planning, project management, change management, and continuous improvement.
Strong financial, analytical, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in multicultural and matrix organizations is preferred.
