1. Technical Decision & Authority
- Act as the final technical authority for civil and structural issues in all projects.
- Review and approve construction methods, technical proposals, and solutions for site issues.
- Resolve design discrepancies, constructability issues, and technical risks.
2. Design & Site Coordination
- Coordinate between design consultants, site teams, and project management on all civil and structural matters.
- Review and comment on drawings, shop drawings, method statements, and technical submissions.
- Ensure design intent is properly implemented on site.
3. Quality Management & Standards
- Establish and enforce civil & structural quality standards for villas, factories/farms, and infrastructure works.
- Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, codes, and contract requirements.
- Participate in inspections, audits, and quality reviews; guide corrective and preventive actions.
4. Project Support & Technical Guidance
- Provide technical guidance to Project Managers, Project Engineer, Site Engineers, and QA/QC teams.
- Support value engineering, cost optimization, and constructability improvements without compromising safety or quality.
- Review non-conformance reports (NCRs) and approve technical resolutions.
5. Codes, Standards & Compliance
- Ensure all civil and structural works comply with relevant local and international codes and standards.
- Maintain updated technical guidelines, standard details, and best practices for the organization.
6. Knowledge & Capability Development
- Develop technical procedures, standard checklists, and lessons learned for future projects.
- Mentor engineers and improve overall technical capability of the civil team.
