Client Services Manager 

  • Interact with clients and build relationships with them while ensuring their needs are being met
  • Oversee a team of customer service Associate's and ensure they are providing an exceptional client experience
  • Mastermind creative ways to deliver an exceptional client experience
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of client service protocols
  • Resolve complex client problems or disputes in a professional manner
  • Coach and support team members to help them meet departmental goals
  • Keep records and documentation of client interactions for training purposes
  • Create monthly and quarterly departmental reports to determine whether KPIs are being met and where there is room for improvement
  • Plan and execute marketing, advertising and promotional activities
  •  Analyze current market conditions and competitor information.
  •  Analyze market trends in order to identify market requirements for current and future products
  •  Creative, innovative and willing to contribute ideas and professional opinion
  •  Deal with customers for events adding own creative idea and design (e.g. Grand opening, New product launching and Golf tournament)
  •  Execute Campaigns to increase product and brand awareness
  •  To plan the whole event for customers by both team working and own idea

Job Requirements

Qualifications for Client Services Manager

  • 5+ years prior experience in customer facing roles
  • Any Graduate or Bachelor Degree (prefer Business or Marketing related degree / diploma)
  • Proven experience in a leadership role is required
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to anticipate the needs of customers
  • Must demonstrate strong analytical thinking skills
  • Should possess strong problem solving skills and the ability to make sound judgment calls
  • Innovative, creative thinking skills to ensure the organization is providing a cutting edge client experience
  • Good communication and presentation skills & leadership and interpersonal skill
  •  Excellent customer service oral skills and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of MS PowerPoint& Office is required
  •  Motivation and Energetic
  • Ability to think creatively and innovatively
  •  Interpersonal and networking skills
  •  Written and verbal communication skills in English and Myanmar.
