The Program Director (PD) is responsible for the end-to-end production of innovative and entertaining programs across various platforms, including television, radio, and digital media. This includes budget management, program review and broadcasting, as well as collaboration with advertising teams.

• Research , select the topic base on trend, audience favor, broadcasting platforms requirement .
• Depend on the topic , need to prepare the shooting concept, plan, presentation style and making the shooting concept plan. 
• Task allocate, location scott, shooting equipment readiness. 
• Communicate and confirm the interviewee, location, arrange internal shooting schedule and process.
• Instruce shooting display , assit in interview section , solving the probelm in time. 
• Script edit ,communicate with video editor for the video edit concept and idea .
• Check the audio , typograpy , visual , tempo and so on .  
• Research, planing,script writing , interviewing, making shooting plan,organize shooting and follow up the production process till the project closing. 

• Ability to design and develop creative programs, with strong leadership and accountability.

• Wide network of contacts with artists, experts by field, and broadcasting channels.

• Strong management, communication, and problem-solving skills, able to handle financial planning and unexpected challenges.

• Proficiency in written and spoken Myanmar and English.

• Competence in Microsoft Office tools, Google Suite tools, Adobe, and similar applications.

• Bachelor’s degree (or Diploma); preference will be given to those with qualifications in Media Broadcasting.

• Preference for candidates with over 3 years of relevant experience.

• Passion for the media industry’s nature, creative thinking, cultural appreciation, and ability to implement ideas practically. Must be patient, friendly, a good team player, and have strong interpersonal skills.

• Must be willing and able to travel as required by the role.
