Job Description

A Big Opportunity for ...

  • Executes all required official corporate filings, documents, reports and records according to the basic regulatory compliance requirements
  • Researches and responds to management requests for information, and prepares reports accordingly
  • Organizes, manages, and attends both internal and external meetings. Prepares all necessary agendas and documents required for the meetings
  • Keeps record of formal meeting minutes to effectively communicate with the management for final decisions
  • Participates in preparation of proposal, presentation, and submission of the project
  • Handles highly confidential documents and ensures the organization's confidential information, communication and documentation remain secure and protected
  • Provides bilingual (Myanmar, English) translation and interpretation for the participants during the meetings
  • Carries out bilingual translations of company documents and keeps up to date (English and Myanmar)
  • Executes and manages the Company’s bank accounts opening and the related processes
  • Participates in filed visit (travelling required) if necessary
  • Supports and contributes for the development of the Company
  • Assists Corporate Affair Manager and the team with any necessary tasks as requested or required
  • Other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management (C-Suite Level)
  • Carries out the duties for Hana Representative Office affair as necessary

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Prior experience in financial industry is preferrable
  • Well versed in Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Myanmar
  • Proficient typing skill for both English and Myanmar
  • Have positive attitude and be supportive for the overall development of the organization
  • Good teamworking skill
  • Be proactive and flexible
  • Ability to work with minimum guidance
  • Attention to details
  • Good interpersonal skill
  • Excellent time management skill
  • Willingness to learn and be a quick learner
