Responsibilities:

• Champion in communications by developing strategy to effectively deliver transparent and cohesive engagement both internally and externally.
• Oversee the analysis and development of communications plan and message both offline and online such as Print, Broadcasting Medias, Corporate Website, Digital Media communications.
• Perform as Official Spoke Person of the organization by presenting the corporate image and preparing media press release in align with consistent media disclosure guideline of the corporate.
• Act as for media professional by monitoring media updates, anticipating reputational risk issues handling media crisis in timely manner and report to management and take correspondent action.
• Develop positive relationships with key media by executing Media Get Together Events annually in order to secure and grow media coverage both online and offline.
• Lead the Pride Tour and Corporate Tour Programs by developing strategic policies, promoting and building relationship with the visitors and driving continuous improvement of programs.
• Promote and manage Corporate’s branding touch point such as Souvenirs sales in terms of updating creative items in align with brand message and trends, merchandizing sales and monitoring stocks.
• Oversee the annual communications budget and ensuring its use is fully maximized.
• Co-operate with Brewers Association of Myanmar (BAM) by planning PR campaign and digital marketing of BAM and participating and assisting  in the negotiation process for law implementation together with order BMA members in order to promote the industry.
• Foster Positive Employer Branding Initiatives by managing yearly Corporate Events, Monthly Last Friday Events, Weekly Happy Hour and other internal events.
• Provide Leadership and guidance to team with strong emphasis on team building, coaching and developing relevant reports.

Requirements:

• Any Graduate preferable MBA or MPA.
• Minimum 5 years experiences in public relation, administration background in international establishment and event planning experience.
• Must have adequate knowledge in media environment /fields.
• Intermediate level of English skills and computer literate (MS Word, Excel, Power Point).
• Good in communications and interpersonal skills.
• Good managerial skill of influencing, interpersonal skill, people motivating and presentation skill.
• Able to travel and work under time pressure.
