An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Review and approve/recommend loan applications within delegated authority.
  • Conduct financial and repayment capacity analysis.
  • Verify collateral and documentation.
  • Identify fraud and suspicious applications.
  • Present cases to Credit Committee.
  • Maintain credit scoring standards.
  • Review credit policies and recommend improvements.
  • Provide coaching to Credit Analysts.
  • Coordinate with Compliance and Internal Audit.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Economics.
  • 5–7 years in credit underwriting/credit risk.
  • Strong financial analysis and credit appraisal skills.
  • Leadership and people management
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Communication and negotiation
  • Risk awareness and ethical conduct
  • Digital literacy (Excel, ERP/Core Finance System, AI tools)
