Job Description

Lead financial strategy, planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
Manage cash flow, capital structure, and investment strategies.
Ensure accurate financial reporting in compliance with applicable laws and standards.
Oversee treasury, accounting, tax, internal audit, and investor relations functions.
Communication with all domestic and overseas fund providers.
Negotiating official deals for the Company’s interest.
Building and nurturing relationship with key potential parties including banks, fund providers, investor, auditors and legal counsel.
Coordinating and directing the preparation of the budget and financial forecasts and report variances.
Monitoring to publish timely monthly financial statements report to CBM and other fund providers.
Analyzing financial data and Developing plan for the financial growths.
Drive financial and operational KPIs, improving overall financial performance.
Manage fundraising processes, including debt and equity financing.
Ensure robust internal controls and risk management systems.
Research technical accounting issues for compliance.
Managing to smooth all finance and accounting operations.
Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting.
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Stay updated on financial regulations and implement necessary compliance frameworks.

Job Requirements

Chartered Accountant (CA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), or MBA in Finance
Experience in a regulated financial institution (NBFC, Fintech, Bank, etc.)
Familiarity with digital finance platforms and financial technologies
Proven experience as CFO or in a senior financial leadership role, ideally in the financial services sector
Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and reporting standards
Demonstrated success in capital raising, investor relations, and strategic financial planning
Expertise in financial modeling, analysis, and performance measurement
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
High integrity and ability to operate at both strategic and operational levels
