Chance Myanmar, a trusted online community and education platform is seeking “Customer Care Executive “to join our amazing team. The followings are the detail Responsibilities and Requirements for this role.
Responsibilities- Make sure to hit KPIs assigned for the role in Customer Care and Support.- Assist and support students, and provide necessary information - Respond interactively and communicate with the students’ comments and messages across all channels.- Maintain relationships with existing students and alumnus while building relationships with new students.- Follow up with the students to make sure that the expectations are met.- Perform as a consultant who will be able to identify the needs of the students and provide solution.- Directly report to Customer Care Head.- Make sure all the services provided are aligned with the expectations of the students and company standard.- Attend all the essential trainings and meetings.- Handle complaints to lead to customer satisfaction.- Must be able to present advanced knowledge on all the products.

Requirements- University Degree- Must have 1 to 2 years experiences with Sales / Customer Service Field - Must be able to work with assigned shifts.- Excellent communication skill in both written and verbal.- Strong Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint, Word and Excel and Myanmar Typing.
