Job Description

A Fantastic Opportunity for ...

  • Monitoring Email, various social media platforms for correspondence, queries or feedback from AGD Bank customers.
  • Ensuring that these are all responded to promptly using templated responses. Where final responses are going to be delayed, the customer should be pro-actively engaged and a holding response sent to keep the customer informed.
  • Preparing Service Centre data relevant to their area of operation to help provide Management Information, reduce customer complaints and improve processes, to maximize efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Effecting any refunds to customers by liaising with the relevant Business and Operations Teams.
  • Maintaining a high level of privacy on customer information and data.

Job Requirements

  • Graduate / University Degree in any discipline.
  • Ability to write and speak fluently in Burmese (Essential) and English (Essential)
  • Polite and Professional phone voice.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools – esp. Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge on how to use Telephones, Social Media Websites, Realtime Chat & Email.
  • Ability to read and comprehend documents such as the Bank Policy & Process Documents to be able to respond quickly to customer queries.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
