· Perform the daily "order processing process" : start from order capture until delivery to customers
· Co-ordinate with sales and finance for credit released on-time
· Ensure product fulfillment by following up stock in order to fulfil the order
· Co-ordinate to solve delivery issues with relevant departments (Marketing, Sales, Warehouse and Distribution, 3 PL, Customers)
· Manage special requirement according to business e.g. transition, promotional item, quota management, batch allocation
