Job Description

An Exciting Opportunity for ...

  • Ensure verbal and electronic communications are handled and responded properly.
  • Provide necessary information on products and services.
  • Solve customer service issues and proactively take measures to avoid negative service trends.
  • Oversee track and trace issues, support escalations.
  • Follow up on customer complaints and actions taken.
  • Review and manage communication performance reports with customer service team.
  • Responsible for guiding and supervising for E-commerce online key accounts.
  • Guiding team to manage service incidents, service progressive and service completion issue shipments.
  • Take ownership and responsibility for project customers.
  • Arranging and attending business meetings with prospective clients.
  • Provide proper guidance to customer service team.
  • Overseeing day to day operations.
  • Utilizing software systems and managing work processes.
  • Arrange and manage duty roster and job allocations.
  • Provide weekly/monthly customers feedback report and follow up instructions.
  • Preparing and Reporting customer service monthly reports to manager.
  • Managing and supervising matters related to inbound and outbound shipments.

Job Requirements

  1. At least 3 year experiences in express courier and freight forwarding customer service.
  2. University graduation.
  3. Good Knowledge of logistic and courier service.
  4. Proven basic CRM (Customer Relationship Management) and SAP Software knowledge will be an advantage.
  5. Microsoft (Word, Excel, Power Point) experience is desired.
  6. Highly motivated team player to work smart, learn, and be proactive – solving problems and coming up with solutions.
  7. Must be willing to learn company in-house software.
  8. Must be able to report – monthly, yearly and customer feedback reports.
  9. Proven leadership and management skills..
  10. Good sense of service industry.
  11. Fluent in written and spoken in English
  12. Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively with a wide range of cultures in a diverse community
