• Proactive with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Document and update product master
• Conduct daily monitoring, alerts, administration and operational support for Data Collection team
• Create periodical back-up records of data in Data Collecting system
• Collect data from customers, consolidate, clean, and check data from multiple sources, and upload into Data Collecting system
• Negotiate with customers for new contract or contract extension
• Contract preparation, getting sign from customers, and quarterly or yearly claim preparation for contracted customers

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or 4-year college or university student with IT background Desirable:
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or relevant working experience in pharmaceutical background
  • 1-2 years of relevant working experience in Data Management or similar fields
  • Demonstrate analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proven competency to handle confidential/sensitive information in an appropriate and secure manner
  • Proven ability to collect, analyze and interpret both qualitative and quantitative data
  • Must possess communication, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrate proficiency in office productivity tools (e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
