  • Manage Orders, Payments, Delivery, Dealer Communication
  • Develop and implement dealer sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Coordinate with the Sales & Marketing team on dealer promotions, events, roadshows, and other sales activities
  • Monitor dealer compliance with company standards, policies, pricing guidelines, and sales procedures
  • Perform other duties assigned by management

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field
  • 5–8 years of experience in relevant field, with at least 2–3 years in a managerial position
  • Proven Leadership
  • Strong in AR & finance / VOC Handling
  • Fluent English or Korean
