Job Description

A Good Opportunity for ..

  • Oversee overall 24hours operations and customer service of a group of g&g stores assigned according to G&G standards.
  • Analyze and Prepare the Findings and Action Plan for the Weekly and Monthly Sales Performance, Loss Making Stores, Known and Unknown Shrinkage, and Labor Cost.
  • Work closely with Store Supervisor and Store Team Members to implement and execute business plans and budgets.
  • Coaching and assistance to store supervisor and store members.
  • Make sure for assortment range and assortment availability
  • Address and resolve any business issues.
  • Vital link in making sure that excellent execution of operation initiatives and promotion change at the store level is complete and on time.
  • Ensure the store compliance to SOP and government regulations.
  • Communication of store needs and issues back to the respective departments and management.
  • Ensure key processes are in place through daily store visits and Store Operations Excellence audit on compliance.
  • Submit all administrative requirements and reports completely and accurately on time.
  • Attend and participate in required meetings and company events.
  • Deputize District Manager in their absence and support as needed per business requirements.
  • Lead the team with integrity and work closely with senior management team to execute business action.

Job Requirements

  • Any graduate, and retail background will be advantage.
  • Minimum 4 or 5 years of experience in related field,
  • Good communication skills, problem solving skills and negotiation skills
  • Good at MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Must be willing to work shifts/flexible to work overtime as often as required
  • Honesty, Hardworking and Good Team Leader.
