Engagement effectiveness 

  • Communicate the daily and milestone targets to the Activation SVR
  • Attracts visitors around the Malls using collaterals and generates a lead
  • Master the scripts prepared by the Activation Management and comply to them when engaging with prospects 
  • Demonstrate high degree of understanding of All BU products
  • Engage potential prospects of all personas at all times 
  • Ensure to achieve daily performance targets 
  • Record the customer’s personal information accurately and communicate with DSE
  • Daily reporting to the Activation SVR

Job Requirements

Required Competencies

  • Good pace, pitch, and tone and the ability to be natural and conversational, not scripted, and stilted.  
  • Good at pose insightful and engaging questions to understand the customer’s requirements.
  • Excellent listening skills once the prospect answers your questions!  
  • Must be structured in the handling of information and good at handling questions.   
  • Minimum of 2 years in a sales and marketing position
  • Any relevant sales training, certifications, or professional development courses that enhance sales skills and knowledge.
  • Must be willing to learn
