Position Purpose / Context

Optimize inventory cost management, detailed planning, and execution business plan of forecast & YTD to minimize challenges, all while being aware of marketplace dynamics, opportunities for improved competitiveness, control safety level of vehicles and greater growth of business.

Key Duties / Responsibilities

•  Oversee inventory, logistics, and distribution operations for a company or an organization, and ensure that customers receive goods in a timely and efficient manner benchmarks customer satisfaction.
• Analyze macro level of data through assess performance, discover logistical problems solved by using fishbones/5W1H/DMAIC and devise plans for improvements.
• Manage upgrading the best distribution model for each customer, including direct store delivery, cross-docking, barge/train/others transportation to expansion network of Cost to Serve (CTS)
• customer and improve efficiency managing on Stock Transfer Order (STO) to optimize double handling waste.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining a high-level employee capability including the QSE requirement and help streamline operations to identify the best way of tools to use the company's resources to achieve its goals.
• Utilize digitalization to upgrade Route planning efficiency system, Distribution Management System (DMS), GPS system to more effective & efficient control for ZBW projects.

Related Position Requirements/Qualifications

•  Leadership ship skill, Business Management & Logistics Management
• University/Advanced Degree
• Supply Chain & Logistics Management Diploma (or) Prefer MBA related with Supply Chain & Logistics Management
• 3 years’ experience in Distribution Manager role
