  • Monitor PG performance Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Drive to Achieve their Target.
  • Problem solving for Customer issues and their requirements.
  • Plan for Agent / Merchant Acquisition and Distribution in respective territory.
  • Agent / Merchant Acquisition and Reactivation process as per assign Target.
  • Monitor POSM for Visibility and Branding Activity.
  • Organize Branch Team member for Agent / Merchant Business Growth.
  • Provide Market Information, Competitor information to Management.
  • Drive Visibility, Availability, Recommendation for Agent /Merchant Business growth.
  • Appoint Potential DTR for Non-Branch Area in respective territory.
  • Monitor and drive Branch / DTR performance as per assign territory.
  • Drive to Achieve Monthly target.
  • Organizing and coordinating cross teams to achieve expected results.

Job Requirements

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Business, Marketing, Management or related field preferred).
  • 3–5 years in Sales/Agent–Merchant Acquisition within Banking/Fintech/Telecom
  • Exposure to DTR/Distributor management and channel development preferred.
  • Strong planning & execution in territory sales and distribution.
  • Data-driven mindset: ability to analyze performance trends, route-to-market KPIs, and draw insights.
  • Customer-centric problem solving; able to handle escalations with urgency and ownership.
  • Knowledge of branding, POSM visibility and activation best practices.
  • Relationship building, negotiation, and stakeholder management (Branch, DTR, Agents, Merchants).
  • Clear communication in Myanmar (English an advantage).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word; experience with reporting tools is a plus.
  • Willing to travel frequently within Mawlamyine/Magway and nearby townships.
  • Result-oriented, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and with minimal supervision.
